zones camp

1 week intensive January 2021

camp currently closed for referrals

We all encounter circumstances that test our limits from time to time. If we are able to recognize how we feel, we are able to do something about it to get to a healthy place. This comes naturally for some, but for others it is a skill that needs to be taught and practiced. This is the goal of The Zones of Regulation (or Zones for short).

The Zones is a systematic, cognitive behavioral approach used to teach emotional intelligence by categorizing all the different ways we feel into four concrete coloured zones; Blue, Green, Yellow and Red.

In January 2021, New England Behaviour Support are hosting 2 camps for NDIS participants to learn the foundations of Zones by developing an understanding of the Zones Categories in theory and practice, and developing a plan for strategies.
